When you sign up to use Jitter with a work email, we automatically check to see if any existing workspaces match your work domain so you don't have to start one from scratch.
Once you confirm your email address and your email domain matches one or more existing workspaces, you can join your team's workspace.
In the onboarding flow, find the workspace you want to join
Click Request to join
The workspace owner will receive your request. Once approved, you'll get an email notification and can jump straight into the workspace.
If you know your team is on Jitter but the workspace didn't show up, they may be using a different email domain. Ask a workspace owner to send you a direct invite instead. See Inviting team members to your workspace.
✏️ Note: You can request to join multiple workspaces if more than one matches your domain.
Workspace discoverability
If you are a workspace owner, you can configure whether your workspace is discoverable in this way by toggling the Discoverable workspace setting in your Workspace settings accessed from your My files page.
