Bring your visuals to life by adding images, videos, and GIFs to your project

To import a media file (image, video, or GIF), click the Media icon in the toolbar and select the file you want to import.

Once imported, the file will appear in the Layer list in the left panel. If you import a video or GIF, it will also appear in the Timeline at the bottom.

Media layers behave just like any other layer in Jitter. You can:

  • Resize them

  • Adjust corner radius

  • Add strokes and shadows

  • And animate them like any other element

Jitter currently supports importing the following media formats:

  • Images: .jpg, .png

  • Videos: .mp4, .webm

  • GIFs: .gif
