If you're working from a template or want to swap out an existing image or video in your project, you can replace it directly from the editor without losing any of its animations. To replace a media asset:
Select the layer you want to update on the canvas
Open the Animate tab in the property panel
Click Replace media and choose the new file to upload
Your new asset will drop straight into the same layer, keeping all existing animations and properties intact.
✏️ Note: if you want to download your original asset before replacing it, click the ... next to the Replace media button to find the download option.
