Jitter is optimized to run on the latest version of Google Chrome on desktop.
You may run into issues if you:
Use Jitter on mobile
Use a different browser, like Edge, Firefox, Safari, or Brave.
Have an older version of Chrome.
If you are having trouble with the editor or your file, try again using the latest version of Chrome on your computer. You can check your browser version here.
We don't currently offer a mobile app or an optimized mobile experience. The core of what makes Jitter fast on desktop doesn't translate well to a touchscreen, so we've focused our efforts on making the desktop experience as fast and capable as possible. If a mobile experience would matter to you, contact us via the help widget and tell us how you'd picture using it; that kind of detail helps shape what we build next.
