Team Libraries lets you save your team or brand assets once, then make it reusable for everyone in your workspace so they can design and animate on brand easily. Instead of copying hex codes, rebuilding text settings, or guessing how your brand should move, your team can pick exactly what they need from your library.
Here are some ways you can use Team Libraries:
Brand colors: Save your primary, secondary, and accent colors so everyone picks the exact same shades, with no hex codes to look up.
Gradients: Keep signature gradients consistent across backgrounds, text, and strokes.
Headline and body text: Set up text styles for titles, subtitles, captions, and body copy so every video uses the same fonts, sizes, and spacing.
Motion personality: Save your brand's easing curves so everything your team animates moves with the same feel, whether that's smooth and calm or snappy and playful.
New teammates: Give new designers and marketers everything they need to stay on brand from their very first file.
What you can save
Variables are the values you save that define your brand or styles. You can then share and reuse these variables across files in your workplace.
Colors: Solid, linear gradient, radial gradients, along with opacity values
Text styles: font, size, line height, and related text properties
Easings: Presets and custom curves
Saved variables will appear in the Brand Kit folder by default, which you can find alongside your workspace's folder list:

Get started
To view and save variables:
Open a file in a workspace (or a draft while that workspace is selected in the Files sidebar).
Navigate to a variable from the Design panel, such as a color, text styles, or the easing picker.
Click on the ⊞ icon to open the Team Libraries menu, and + to save a variable
Organize with groups
You can also use slash names to define groups in the picker, for example:
Brand/PrimaryBrand/SecondaryNeutral/Gray 400
Additional slashes (like Brand/Primary/Hover) will create a variable in a nested group. You can create up to 3 levels for colors and text styles, and 1 level for easings.
Manage your Team Libraries
Each workspace comes with a default Brand Kits folder. From that page, you can view all the variables saved in the workspace. In the future, you'll be able to create multiple libraries within your workspace.
Delete or rename variables
Hover and click on the ⋯ icon to rename or delete the variable. You can also right-click a variable from the editor menu to perform these actions.
Detach a variable
Use Detach ⛓️💥 on a linked variable to keep the current look and disassociate it from the library variable.
