✏️ Note: Jitter is currently optimized to run on the latest version of Google Chrome for desktop. If you are using Jitter from a phone or tablet or another browser, please try again with Chrome on your computer.
If the Jitter editor is not loading, first check our status page for any known incidents currently affecting the app.
If there aren't any known outages or issue, there may be an issue with your browser, computer, or network connection. Here are some things you can try:
Incognito mode: Open Jitter in Chrome’s Incognito mode as this can sometimes rule out any caching or browser extension issues.
Connect to another network: Try a different internet connection (for example, mobile tethering) to check if the issue might be network-related
Check corporate settings: Check if you’re on a corporate network, VPN, or firewall, as these can sometimes interfere with access.
Empty the cache: Open Chrome's developer tools by right clicking anywhere on the page and selecting Inspect, then right click on the refresh button of your browser and select Empty cache.
If you've tried these steps and Jitter still isn't loading, reach out to us via the support widget.
