Jitter isn't loading

✏️ Note: Jitter is currently optimized to run on the latest version of Google Chrome for desktop. If you are using Jitter from a phone or tablet or another browser, please try again with Chrome on your computer.

If the Jitter editor is not loading, first check our status page for any known incidents currently affecting the app. If there aren't any known outages or issue, there may be an issue with your browser cache. Try this:

  1. Open Chrome's developer tools by right clicking anywhere on the page and selecting Inspect

  2. Right click on the refresh button of your browser and select Empty cache and hard reload

  3. Close the developer tools
