Why am I being charged after I already canceled?

Cancellations will always take effect at the end of your current subscription period. If you are seeing additional charges after you cancel, this may be due to:

  • Cancellation timing: Invoices are always issued on your renewal date. Canceling your subscription after your plan is renewed does not void the invoice or charges.

  • Team changes: If you add new teammates during your last subscription period, you will still be billed for their usage at the end of the subscription period.
