π΄ Cancel your subscription
Need to cancel your subscription or taking a break? You can cancel your Jitter subscription at any time from the Workspace settings page.
What happens after you cancel
Your plan will continue until the end of your current subscription period.
You can reverse the cancellation at any time before your subscription period ends from the same page.
After the cancellation has taken effect, your existing files and folders remain unchanged. However, you may be unable to add or create new ones if you have reached your workspace file limit on the free plan.
Why you may see charges after cancellation
Cancellations are always take effect at the end of your current subscription period. If you are seeing additional charges after you cancel, this may be due to:
Cancellation timing: Invoices are always issued on your renewal date. Canceling your subscription after your plan is renewed does not void the invoice or charges.
Team changes: If you add new teammates during your last subscription period, you will still be billed for their usage at the end of the subscription period.
π If you have questions about the charges on your invoice, please don't hesitate to reach out via our help widget or support@jitter.video. We'll do our best to help!
