π΄ Cancel your subscription
Need to cancel your subscription or taking a break? You can cancel your Jitter subscription at any time from the Workspace settings page.
Go to My files > Workspace settings.
Click Cancel subscription and confirm your choice.
What happens after you cancel
Your workspace will continue to have full access to the subscription until the end of your current billing period.
Existing files and folders remain unchanged, but you may be unable to add or create new ones if you have reached the workspace file limit.
You can reverse the cancellation at any time before the billing period ends from the same page.
Why you may see charges after cancellation
Cancellations always take effect at the end of your current subscription period. It is possible you may still receive charges for your subscription due to:
Timing of cancellation: Invoices are always issued on your renewal date. If you cancel your subscription after your plan is renewed, the cancellation only takes place at the end of your renewed subscription period.
Team changes: If you add new teammates during your last subscription period, these seats are still billed at the end of the subscription period.
