How to create a mask

Reveal and hide parts of your design with ease

Use masks to show specific parts of layers while hiding everything else.

To create a mask:

  1. Select multiple layers from the Layer list

  2. Press βŒƒ ⌘ M / Ctrl Alt M or right-click your selection and click Mask

With the shortcut, the last layer of the selection will be used to mask all the other layers of the selection.

To remove a mask:

  1. Press βŒƒ ⌘ M / Ctrl Alt M or right click the the masked group in the Layer list and click Ungroup
