Export your animations as a sequence of PNG images (on the export page)
Set up Adobe Media Encoder
Open Adobe Media Encoder and go to Preferences.
Select Media section
select "60 fps" to "Indeterminate Media Timebase"
Encode your animation:
Click on the "+" button of the Queue Section
select the first image of your sequence: "0000.png"
Your animation is ready on a mp4 format
