If you're on Jitter's Pro Plan, you can export your file with transparent background. Here are the two main ways to proceed and the limitations you might encounter with transparent background.
How to export with transparent background?
Option 1: Remove the background of the artboard
One way to remove the background is to do it directly from the editor:
Select the artboard
Untick the “background” option in the property panel
Export your file in the format of your choice
Option 2: Change the export format on the export page
Another way to remove the background of a file is to do it directly from the export page. After clicking on "export", you'll land on the export page. From there, you can:
Click the export format option
Select a format compatible with transparent backgrounds (webm, mov, or gif)
