If you didn't receive your login link, here are some of the things you can do:

Solution 1: Check your spam folder

Sometimes the login email is sent to the spam folder (especially on iCloud).

Solution 2: Ask you company administrator to white-list jitter.video

If your company/institution is using Outlook, Google Workspace, or similar, there may be a filter that blocks our email. In that case, you need to ask the administrator to add the domain jitter.video to the white list.

Solution 3: Try with another email

If none of the previous solutions work, we recommend to sign up with another email. You will be able to change your email address in your account settings later on.
