Troubleshooting Common Issues

Jitter's EDU plan is applied to individual accounts, not workspaces. If you have received the plan but are unable to access certain features, check the following:

  • 4K or high quality exports not available: Ensure the file is in your personal Drafts, as 4K export is not supported for workspace files under the EDU plan.

  • Workspace prompting for Upgrade: Move the file to your Drafts to utilize EDU benefits.
