If you didn't receive your login or invitation email, here are some of the things you can do:
Check your spam folder
Invitation emails sometimes end up in spam. This is especially common with iCloud addresses. Check your spam or junk folder, and if you find it there, mark it as "not spam" to avoid the issue next time.
Ask your IT admin to allowlist jitter.video
If you're on a managed email account (Outlook, Google Workspace, or similar), your organization's email filters may be blocking emails from us or causing delays. Ask your IT administrator to allowlist the domain *jitter.video so future emails come through.
Try a different email address
If neither of the above works, signing up with a different email address is the quickest path forward. You can update your email address in your account settings later.
