Cancel your subscription

You can cancel or end your Jitter subscription at any time from the Manage subscription page. To do so:

  1. Go to your Workspace settings page, available from My files.

  2. Click Manage subscription

  3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm your choice.

📝 Note: After you cancel, you’ll still have access to all paid plan features until the end of your current subscription period.

If you're seeing a charge after cancelling, here are a couple of common reasons why:

  • Timing of your cancellation: If you cancel after your renewal date, your invoice will already have been issued. Once an invoice is created, it can’t be cancelled.

  • Team changes: If you added new teammates during your last subscription period, the additional seats are billed at the end of the subscription period.
